We are pleased to announce to our community that Rudrani Ghosh has joined our team as a Learning Program Manager.
Before joining Unstructured Studio, Rudrani worked in a Program Officer role for Educate Girls, a Mumbai-based non-profit operating in over 13,000 villages in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh towards quality education for girls in rural areas in India. She also has worked as a Program Consultant in Masoom Education and holds a Master's from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. She hails from Kolkata, where she lives with her parents, brothers, and many, many friendly and adorable cats.
Rudrani brings her empathy, expertise, and experience working with non-profit educational organizations to our humble, creative learning studio.
In this role, Rudrani will primarily help lead Unstructured Studio's on-ground efforts in India and develop and implement a strategy to grow our existing programs and increase our reach in the coming year. This would involve helping design and run learning programs to engage children and educators in rural and remote communities in creative learning experiences through offline and online workshops, ambassador programs, capacity-building training initiatives, etc. She will also help build partnerships with schools and local institutions, orient them to our learning philosophies, enable them to use our resources and tools, gather valuable feedback for our team, and co-create resources in collaboration with them. Finally, Rudrani will help us with our fundraising efforts and oversee overall operations in India.
We are thrilled and excited to have Rudrani join our team as our first full-time employee to play a vital role in the Indian communities and help advance our efforts!
